As a Steward Duty Manager, you will form part of the Kitchen Brigade and play a crucial role in supporting the Culinary team at Optus Stadium. This role requires experience in cleaning commercial kitchens or similar environments, maintaining HACCP records, and a strong emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and developing our Kitchen Steward team
  • Motivating the team to achieve our standards
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of our Premium Product and Retail kitchens
  • Inspecting equipment for cleanliness
