About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Steward. As a key member of our back-of-house operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our food and storage outlets, ensuring the highest level of quality and service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dishwashing machinery to wash and sanitize crockery and kitchen implements
  • Clean and maintain the restaurants, kitchens, and all food outlets within the hotel
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's loading bay, including relocating deliveries and waste disposal bins
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide excellent service to our guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience handling and working with chemicals
  • A passion for providing great service and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment and perform tasks independently
