Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of multiple digital engineering squads. As a Senior Project Manager/Agile Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for defining day-to-day activities, prioritizing work, and ensuring milestones are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting your project team through end-to-end delivery, including escalation management and facilitating agile ceremonies.
  2. Managing delivery governance and project health, including proactive RAID management and early reporting of critical items to senior management.
  3. Ensuring effective resource management of the teams, including demand & capacity planning with key business stakeholders.
  4. Acting as the primary point of contact for squads and projects, engaging with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  5. Collaborating with Business Product Owners, Program Delivery, Engineering, and Test leadership to implement changes efficiently.
  6. Supporting technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution.
  7. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to service performance, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Experience leading and delivering complex projects, ideally within the banking and finance technology sector.
  • Ability to manage projects that deliver solutions meeting business requirements, benefits, scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • A strong background in Agile methodologies, systems integration, and technical solutioning.
  • Experience motivating squads, coaching, and monitoring performance.
  • Knowledge of digital engineering, including technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS, Javascript, full SDLC, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT, with experience managing Business-IT initiatives highly desirable.
