Site Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to take charge of our Ryde Supported Independent Living (SIL) service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, with proven experience in the disability sector. They will be responsible for empowering staff, promoting efficient processes, and fostering a culture of risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and supporting clients, as well as mentoring staff members
  • Promoting a person-centered approach that gives clients choice and control over their lives
  • Overseeing the effective management and daily operations of SIL accommodation services
  • Fostering a positive environment and maintaining an open-door policy where staff and clients feel valued and safe
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of NDIS plans, ensuring clients have a voice and actively supporting their independence, hobbies, and interests

Requirements include:

  • A qualification in social services or a related field, such as social work, psychology, disability, mental health, and community services
  • Knowledge of relevant disability legislation and standards, including the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and the National Standards for Disability Services
  • NSW driver's license, current first aid and CPR certification, and NDISWC and WWCC
