Our client is a well-established commercial builder in the Perth market who specializes in commercial apartments, mixed-use, and retail projects. With a highly experienced management team, they have strong developer relationships resulting in a healthy pipeline of committed work. Offering their clients flexibility in services provided, they have built strong relationships producing a high level of repeat business.
They are now seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial building projects from contract administration to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of the company's commercial strategy and growth plans.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a Contract Admin role on commercial building projects.
- Previous apartment or retail project experience would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and hard-working.
