Chief Economist for Critical Minerals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Economist to lead our Critical Minerals Economics team. This is a unique opportunity to shape Australia's future economy and trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement economic models to inform policy decisions
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic advice to senior executives
- Lead a small team of economists and researchers to deliver high-quality analytical projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry representatives, government agencies, and academia
- PhD in economics or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in economic research and analysis
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact research projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary package, estimated at $140,000 - $170,000 per annum
