Xplor is seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by providing expert guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
Reporting to the Onboarding Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the post-sales process for customers, utilizing your strong product knowledge, relationship-building, and project management skills to deliver exceptional results.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Acting as a trusted advisor for customers, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of customer relationships
- Ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to support once the service is live
- Working with the data team to migrate data across from other systems during the initial onboarding
- Project managing the customer's schedule and onboarding timeline to ensure timely delivery
- Providing technical guidance to customers to ensure successful system adoption
- Providing customer training and maintaining training documentation
- Proactively reaching out to customers regarding any known product issues or updates

What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onboarding Specialist who possesses:
- 1-2 years of experience in an onboarding or implementation role, preferably in a SaaS or technology business
- Experience using a CRM to manage the onboarding/implementation process, preferably Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a confident phone manner and active listening skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Australian citizenship or eligibility to work in Australia
