Driver Trainer Position Overview

Centurion is seeking a qualified Driver Trainer to join its team in Mackay.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong working relationships with depot supervisors and operational employees, facilitating onboarding and training for new employees, and providing guidance and learning to current employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the National Driver Trainer Team
  • Develop strong working relationships with depot employees and supervisors in Mackay
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new employees
  • Provide ongoing support and learning opportunities to existing employees
  • Evaluate recruitment candidates through assessments
  • Maintain compliance with employee training requirements
