The role of an Agitator Driver is pivotal in ensuring timely and safe transportation of concrete to customers. Operating specialized vehicles called agitators, you will guarantee efficient delivery from our plants to construction sites.

This position demands attention to safety protocols, responsibility, and dedication to delivering superior service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate agitator trucks to transport concrete to diverse locations.
  • Maintain adherence to prescribed delivery schedules to ensure punctual deliveries to construction sites.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Comply with all traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, both on the road and at job sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Accurately maintain records of deliveries and paperwork.

About You:

  • Valid and clean HR driver's license
  • Proven experience as a professional driver with minimum 6-months on-road HR experience
  • Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Physical ability to load and unload concrete as necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
  • A strong commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
