Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our pricing strategy for home loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering portfolio profitability and developing pricing models that drive business growth.

This role requires strong analytical and numerical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset & liability funding and managing liquidity costs, with a strong knowledge of the Australian mortgage industry and current legislation.

The Pricing Manager will work closely with the Head of Mortgage Product to propose strategic changes to policy and pricing, ensuring that returns from this segment are maximised while meeting regulatory obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience within a pricing or product role in asset & liability funding and managing liquidity costs
  • Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage industry, current legislation and key drivers
  • High level of analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent ability to develop robust working relationships with a variety of stakeholders at various levels
