Your primary responsibilities will include communicating effectively with customers and brokers to workshop applications and provide decision outcomes.

You'll have the opportunity to work within established credit risk appetite guidelines and leverage your expertise to assess consumer residential home loan applications. This role requires someone who is driven, self-motivated, and adept at managing a pipeline of applications while maintaining seamless communication with the customer services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end service for consumers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of applications.
  • Communicate with customers and brokers to workshop applications and provide decision outcomes.
  • Assess consumer residential home loan applications within established credit risk appetite guidelines.
  • Manage a pipeline of applications, working closely with the customer services team to ensure seamless communication and efficient progress.
