Job Title: Planning and Master Scheduling Specialist

In this role, you will provide high-level planning and master scheduling services to major clients across various industries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, including risk register development, contingency planning, and contingency management.
  • Collaborate with the Major Projects Project Services Manager to deliver resource management frameworks, processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Drive project compliance and governance standards for best practice requirements.
  • Manage project lifecycles, working closely with management and other team members to maintain and achieve budgets within tight timeframes.
  • Identify and recommend cost control improvements, cost breakdowns, and commercial oversight to projects in collaboration with the wider Project Controls team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent risk management and analytical skills, with experience in developing and implementing risk registers and contingency plans.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
