Key Role

The primary focus of this position is to lead business development efforts, driving growth in new and existing markets.

This opportunity requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to assess market trends, and a proven track record in securing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the service line in offshore wind, infrastructure, ports & harbors, and other government markets
  • Collaborate with internal service lines to leverage business development opportunities
  • Service existing clients as the company expands its operations
  • Travel regularly to meet with existing and potential clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Metocean services, oceanography, marine data, or offshore operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Oceanography, Marine Science, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Ability to assess market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategy
  • Strong communication skills in client interfacing, relationships management, and proposals/tendering
  • Ability to travel regularly
