Customer Experience Champion

Enhance community access and enjoyment of libraries by delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our organisation's strategic objectives.

  • Deliver positive customer experiences in line with our Customer Service Charter and Library's Customer Care Standards.
  • Proactively deliver core customer services as part of the Customer Experience Team to provide memorable and exceptional experiences for customers.
  • Participate in development and delivery of a range of programs and activities.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Completed an Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) accredited Course or eligible for membership of ALIA and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with exceptional ability to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Well-developed PC literacy, including skills with mobile technologies and basic technology trouble shooting skills.
  • Experience in providing a range of library or targeted customer programs.
  • Well-developed conflict resolution skills, with a focus on de-escalation and win-win outcomes.
  • Well-developed planning, organisation and time management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work co-operatively as part of a team in a customer service environment.
What's On Offer

We are offering a total remuneration package from $70,195 (pro-rata for part-time) plus superannuation.
