- Develop and manage various commercial agreements, including customer and supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with the business development and new ventures teams on tenders and contract negotiations.
- Support contract lifecycle management and provide guidance on disputes when they arise.
- Assist the General Counsel on governance, compliance, and risk-related responsibilities, including policy development and regulatory obligations under relevant legislation.
- Ensure accurate execution and compliance of legal/security documentation.
- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
The ideal candidate will possess 3–6 years of post-qualification experience with relevant legal expertise in private practice and/or in-house. The ability to provide independent, commercially relevant legal advice, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions, are essential.
