Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced remuneration and benefits professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our remuneration and benefits framework and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, execution, and maintenance of our remuneration and benefits framework and accompanying strategies and systems;
  • Provide accurate, timely, and practical advice on all aspects of remuneration and benefits to business units and HR teams;
  • Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments to ensure pay structures remain competitive, fair, and aligned with our strategies and framework;
  • Administer incentive schemes by preparing, analysing, and validating data for performance-related pay calculations;
  • Support the delivery of our annual remuneration review process, including data preparation, analysis, and validation, generating relevant reporting;
  • Research, analyse, and deliver evidence-based recommendations on remuneration and benefits programs;
  • Monitor and interpret legislative, regulatory, and compliance changes related to pay and benefits;
  • Support functional projects including Workplace Gender Equality Agency submissions and other human resources initiatives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in remuneration, rewards, or compensation-focused HR roles;
  • Solid understanding of remuneration frameworks, policies, management of incentive plans, job evaluation, and market analysis;
  • Demonstrated experience working with HR/Payroll systems;
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills;
  • Experience interpreting company policies and guidelines, and industrial instruments such as modern awards and enterprise agreements;
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail with high accuracy in processing data and reporting;
  • High degree of confidentiality; and
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
