About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a Senior Fleet Services Consultant position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet services function.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Process & Compliance Management: Manage operational and administrative processes, including fuel card ordering/cancellation, infringements, and tolls.
  2. Customer & Stakeholder Experience: Resolve customer cases and queries within required timeframes, build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and external partners.
  3. Team Support & Development: Support the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation and communications, act as an escalation point, providing direction and problem-solving support.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Contributing to process and system improvements
  • Managing productivity, quality, and performance within Fleet Services

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fleet Services Consultant to step up into a senior role and take on greater responsibility.
