Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics across business units, reporting to senior management, and to inform decision-making through data-driven insights. You'll architect and deliver end-to-end BI solutions, predictive insights, and dashboards that elevate performance visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver analytics and reporting platforms (e.g. dashboards, predictive models, scorecards).
  • Oversee data warehouse pipelines, API integrations, and BI tool implementations (e.g. Power BI).
  • Perform advanced data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and ensure data quality, lineage, and security.
  • Guide descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive modelling efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support digital transformation through data innovation.
  • Provide training and stakeholder support for reporting tools.
  • Maintain data governance, integrity, availability, and compliance.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Typically 5+ years in analytical/data roles, with experience mentoring or leading junior staff.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server suite (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), and T‑SQL.
  • Strong programming skills in R, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Familiarity with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data frameworks; Hadoop/Spark experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in data modelling, cleansing, and complex analysis.
  • Experience designing and implementing dashboards and visual data outputs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
