About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven marketing professional to spearhead our brand's online presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in creating engaging content and boosting online visibility.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, engagement, and sales.
  • Analyze data to inform campaign decisions and optimize results.
  • Raise brand awareness through targeted Meta and Google Ads.
  • Oversee social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Craft compelling email campaigns to retain customers.
  • Maintain a seamless shopping experience on our e-commerce store.
  • Contribute creative flair to photoshoots and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Australian working rights
  • At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing for an e-commerce brand
  • A balance of creative and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with wordpress, mailchimp, meta, google analytics, and ecommerce best practices
  • A proven track record of running successful campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with design tools
  • A collaborative spirit
