About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our headspace Primary Care Team in Richmond. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the supervision of clinicians, ensuring high-quality case reviews, and leading intake meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinicians and ensure high-quality case reviews
  • Lead intake meetings and coordinate individualized psychosocial interventions
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase the level of care to customers within a budget framework
  • Manage a clinical team and provide appropriate feedback, performance management, and adhere to all staff recruitment procedures
  • Contribute to reporting requirements and align with both funding and Uniting standards
