About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our headspace Primary Care Team in Richmond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising clinicians, ensuring high-quality case reviews, and leading intake meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinicians and ensure high-quality case reviews
  • Lead intake meetings and provide operational and clinical supervision
  • Guide best practices and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet program goals
  • Contribute to reporting requirements and align with funding and Uniting standards
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives across the centre
  • Oversee partnerships and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Train new clinicians and maintain oversight of all cases

Essential Criteria
  • Approved tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body
  • Significant clinical expertise and leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in evidence-based clinical practice within the mental health field
  • Substantial experience in coordinating individualized psychosocial interventions
  • Ability to lead and manage a clinical team
  • Capacity to allocate resources and set priorities
