  • Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers, providing face-to-face, phone, and on-the-job support.
  • Identify and address any barriers that may impact ongoing employment.
  • Monitor work placements to achieve monthly targets.
  • Achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role.

  • Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers for people experiencing unemployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
  • Analytically minded and able to interpret complex data to achieve outcomes.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are essential.
