About the Opportunity
The Post Placement Support Consultant will play a vital role in the success of the Workforce Australia program by delivering ongoing assistance to our participants and their employers, ensuring sustainable employment outcomes. The selected candidate will provide post-placement support throughout the North East Melbourne region and will be responsible for:
- Proactively establishing and nurturing effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers, involving face-to-face interactions, phone support, and on-site assistance.
- Identifying barriers that may hinder ongoing employment and addressing them promptly.
- Monitoring job placements for job seekers to meet monthly performance targets.
- Achieving or surpassing all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role.
About You
- Proven ability to overcome objections and dismantle barriers faced by individuals experiencing unemployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex data to drive outcomes.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
