About the Opportunity
The PPS (Post Placement Support) Consultant plays a vital role in the success of the Workforce Australia program by delivering ongoing assistance to our participants and their employers, ensuring the achievement of long-term employment outcomes. The selected candidate will provide post-placement support throughout the North East Melbourne region and will be responsible for:

  • Proactively establishing and nurturing effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers, involving face-to-face interactions, phone support, and on-site assistance.
  • Identifying and addressing any obstacles that may hinder ongoing employment promptly.
  • Monitoring job placements for job seekers to meet monthly performance targets.
  • Achieving or surpassing all KPIs while maintaining an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role.

About You

  • Proven ability to overcome objections and dismantle barriers faced by individuals experiencing unemployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex data to drive results.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
