About the Opportunity

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PPS Consultant to contribute to the success of our Workforce Australia program. As a key member of our team, you will provide ongoing support to our participants and their employers to ensure long-term employment outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers through face-to-face, phone, and on-the-job support.
  • Identify and address any barriers that may impact ongoing employment, ensuring participants achieve their employment goals.
  • Monitor work placements to achieve monthly targets and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role, driving business results and participant success.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong ability to overcome objections and break down barriers for people experiencing unemployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
