About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Coordinator to support our operations in the Hobart region. As a key member of our team, you will provide efficient day-to-day administration support, data entry, and accounts payable and receivable duties. You will also be responsible for general administration and office support, processing documentation accurately and efficiently, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable duties, and general administration.
  2. Process documentation accurately and efficiently within required timeframes.
  3. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met.
  4. Facilitate the flow of information between sales, operations, administration, and management.
  5. Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
  1. Experience in a similar administration/operations role.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Forklift licence - preferred but not essential.
  4. Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and relationships with all stakeholders.
  5. Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail.
  6. Commit to JJ's Waste values and be willing to embrace workplace diversity.
  7. Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance.
  8. Experience in transport, logistics, or service industry - highly regarded but not essential.
