Property Lawyer Opportunity

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced property lawyer with 3-5 years post-admission experience. You will have a strong background in property transactions, development work, and leasing, with the ability to work on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with site acquisition, due diligence, structuring, titling, body corporate and land subdivision developments.
  • Draft and negotiate Commercial, Office, Industrial and Retail leases, including complex agreements for lease, major tenant leases, lease renewals, variations and enforcement actions.
  • Contract negotiation, settlement processes, and property-related advisory work.
  • Direct client contact and relationship building with major property investors, developers, and corporate clients.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years PAE in property law.
  • Strong experience in property transactions, development work, and leasing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both as a team member and autonomously on complex matters.
  • Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Deadline-driven approach with ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen and pragmatic approach to transactions.
