To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, human services, or a related field, experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing operational alignment between corporate and service functions, ability to manage and plan work autonomously, exercise judgment in problem-solving and decision-making, and familiarity with legislation, compliance, and quality standards relevant to service delivery and corporate operations.
