Club Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Club Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our fitness club.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality programs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by overseeing facility maintenance, housekeeping, and risk management procedures.

About You

We require an experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership, sales, and staff management. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business, health, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent certification.
  • Be First Aid certified and have a current Police Check.
