Data Centre Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Services Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects, focusing on technical construction and quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all services including MEP systems, fire and hydraulics are installed efficiently and in line with time and cost constraints.
This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, onsite at a large hyperscale data centre construction project in West Melbourne. If you have a sound understanding of Mechanical and electrical MEP services and experience leading the delivery of complex construction projects, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Deliver the installation of all services including MEP systems, fire and hydraulics.
- C coordinate with client, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Required experience: Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects, overseeing the delivery of MEPF systems on mission critical sites.
- A proactive leader with a hands-on approach, calm analytical mindset, and a strong strategic problem-solving ability.
- Career-oriented with strong potential for growth and advancement.
