  3. Manage requirements changes with a focus on business value, ensuring proper governance and change control is applied.
  4. Support solution design and business acceptance testing to ensure proposed solutions meet user expectations.
  5. Communicate requirements clearly and effectively to technical teams to ensure accurate solution development and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ITIL and DCAM Frameworks and established Change Management Processes.
  • Awareness of Incident and Problem Management principles and practices.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
