Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Flavor Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing innovative flavor solutions for various food matrices, including dairy, beverages, confectionery, bakery, and plant-based products.
  • The successful candidate will spearhead systematic flavor reviews and evaluations aligned with internal and external stakeholders' needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop New Flavor Formulations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select functional raw materials and other ingredients as required, staying updated on new technologies and trends.
  • Evaluate New Products: Evaluate new Symrise technologies, finished products, customer bases, and market samples, modifying existing products and processes to develop new finished product formulations.
  • Conduct Sensory Evaluations: Conduct sensory evaluations, identify gaps, and maintain optimal portfolios as new developments or tonalities are created.
