Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality corporate secretarial services across client portfolios
- Managing relationships with boards, executives, shareholders, registries, lawyers, and regulators
- Advising on governance obligations under the Corporations Act and Corporate Governance Principles
- Maintaining corporate records and statutory registers
- Developing and maintaining best practice governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Company Secretary or in a corporate secretariat function (listed company experience essential)
- Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and Corporate Governance Principles
- Relevant degree and/or governance qualifications (e.g. GIA)
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
