Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Company Secretary or in a corporate secretariat function (listed company experience essential)
  • Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and Corporate Governance Principles
  • Relevant degree and/or governance qualifications (e.g. GIA)
  • Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
