Becoming a cellar door representative offers the ideal opportunity to be at the forefront of exceptional customer service and hospitality.

About The Role

This role will provide you with the chance to develop your skills in wine tastings, sales, and team management. You will work closely with the cellar door manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of our cellar door. This includes ensuring that our tasting room is clean, well-organised and inviting to all guests. Additionally, you will be required to work within the pizzeria, assisting with food running and clearing tables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience to all guests
  • Conducting wine tastings and achieving sales targets
  • Assisting in growth of club memberships
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the tasting room
  • Working effectively within the pizzeria
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a cellar door or restaurant environment
  • A keen interest in wine
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • A fun and friendly attitude towards customer service
  • Availability to work weekend and some evening shifts
  • RSA and own transport are essential
