We are seeking an experienced Bridge Design Lead to join our team in Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging projects, including bridge and transport structure design across Australia and internationally.
You will be responsible for leading technical delivery of bridge and transport structure projects, applying both standard and advanced engineering techniques.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years' professional experience in structural engineering, focusing on bridges, with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
A Chartered member of Engineers Australia and Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV) qualification is also required.
The successful candidate will have experience in project management, including commercial, administrative, and technical aspects.
Proficient in structural analysis and design software, such as Midas Civil, SpaceGass, Strand 7, SBD, Excel, and interest in parametric modeling.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and drive innovation in design and delivery.
The role requires self-motivation with a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
About You:
- Typically, 7 years' professional experience in structural engineering, focusing on bridges.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
