Job Description:

This role oversees the planning, implementation, and direction of complex projects within the County's Road & Bridge Program.

The Transportation Infrastructure Program Manager will lead a team of professionals in various divisions, including Maintenance, Construction, Landscape, and Heavy Equipment Fleet. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving issues, developing contract specifications, and managing program budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 9 years of progressive experience in transportation infrastructure maintenance and construction, including 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
