Job Title: Engineering Manager
About the Role:We're seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality transport infrastructure projects. - You will possess knowledge of structural engineering practice.
- You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- You will define governance frameworks to manage risks and maximise probability of success.
- You will identify and manage complex needs, facilitating innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
- You will hold yourself and your team accountable to public sector values and agreed performance standards.
About the Team:
The Network Operations division is responsible for enabling us to effectively plan, deliver and maintain a safe, resilient and fit-for-purpose Victorian transport system through trusted, systematic and disciplined technical excellence.
