Responsibilities
  • Maintain technical expertise in Microsoft Security products by troubleshooting customer issues and resolving them efficiently.
  • Respond to technical escalations from customers as part of a global engineering team available 24/7.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand customer architecture, resolve break/fix issues, and support business operations.
  • Share insights and recommendations to promote self-remediation of product issues.
  • Work with software engineers to diagnose complex product problems on behalf of customers.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the technical development of an international team.
  • Communicate with customers for updates and gather additional information as needed.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of experience in the technology industry, cloud, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience with crisis management, Incident Response, and escalation handling in a deep technical security role.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Purview and related cloud computing technologies, including Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Governance & Labelling.
  • Proficiency in automation languages (PowerShell) and Power Automate, as well as IDE and development languages (JAVA, .NET, Python).
  • Able to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and meet Microsoft's security screening requirements.
