Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Solution Architect. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to ensure that our clients receive the best possible solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to identify project needs
  • Creating process maps to outline project workflows
  • Developing epics and user stories using behavior-driven development
  • Defining configuration requirements and creating work breakdown structures
  • Validating compliance to design standards and reviewing deliverables
  • Managing project backlogs and prioritizing tasks
  • Ensuring overall solution design integrity and completeness
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on delivering large-scale projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration, sales cloud, service cloud, application architecture, platform app building, and platform development
