About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Partner Specialist to join our team at Telstra. As a key member of our Business Technology Centres, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and qualify leads, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and escalating complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer data, ensuring high-quality records and timely updates.
  • Meet individual and team sales and performance KPIs, contributing to the achievement of financial and customer targets.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a fast-paced SAAS and Technology industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • High levels of Business-to-Business Management and Telco Sales experience, with a deep understanding of ICT and the future technology landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
