We're seeking a highly skilled Live Music Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting event execution and production, working closely with regional and local teams to ensure smooth and safe events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The Live Music Experience Coordinator will serve as a liaison between Sofar Sounds and the local community, facilitating connections and ensuring high-quality experiences at every show. Key responsibilities include managing day-of-event supplies and local gear inventory, conducting venue visits, developing and hosting local events, and scouting and recommending artists, venues, crew, and community partners aligned with Sofar's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be driven by a passion for live music experiences and community building. You'll have excellent communication skills, be proactive and adaptable, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a creative problem-solver, you'll be able to think on your feet and develop innovative solutions to ensure the success of our events.
