The **Compliance Monitoring Specialist** plays a crucial role in overseeing and reporting on the adherence of both registered and non-registered health service providers to immediate action restrictions mandated by the Health Ombudsman.
- Develop and execute compliance monitoring strategies for health practitioners to mitigate risks to public health and safety.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data to assess practitioner compliance and evaluate potential risks to public health, including formulating recommendations for further actions and drafting necessary restrictions.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including correspondence, briefing papers, and reports regarding compliance and monitoring issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate information sharing that supports the monitoring process and improves service delivery.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of systems that align with the strategic objectives of the monitoring and compliance team.
- Conduct site visits and engage with health practitioners and/or third parties as necessary to support the monitoring process, verify compliance, and evaluate risks to public health and safety.
