Job Title: Manager Cyber Risk

**Role Summary:** We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our cyber risk management efforts. This exciting opportunity is part of a newly created role within our broader Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective risk management framework to identify, assess, and manage security and IT risks.
  • Design and operate risk registers, documentation, and other tools to support efficient risk, audit, and compliance functions.
  • Serve as the central point for all audit engagements and management responses across ICT and Office of the CISO.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to inform strategic decisions and drive cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Support board and Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) engagements in collaboration with the CISO.
  • Implement risk management improvements and initiatives to maintain a best-in-class security risk management function.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in leading governance, implementation, operation, and/or auditing of security standards and frameworks.
  • Ability to engage senior leadership and drive improvement across risk and audit.
  • Industry-recognized security, auditing, or service management certification.
  • Experience in designing risk reports and operating risk tools/software is highly desirable.
