Key Responsibilities:- Building and managing a pool of casual aged care staff
- Developing strong relationships with aged care providers to promote our staffing solutions
- Coordinating shift bookings, availability, and rostering of staff
- Attracting and engaging high-quality candidates to meet client needs
- Delivering outstanding service to clients and casual employees
- Previous experience recruiting within healthcare, nursing or aged care
- Strong ability to attract, engage and retain casual workers
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Organised, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Driven, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive difference in aged care
