Job Overview:

We seek a visionary HR leader to spearhead business transformation with a focus on organizational culture, safety, and capability development.

  • Design and implement strategic programs for workforce management, culture enhancement, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive corporate transformation by fostering an inclusive environment with robust learning and development frameworks.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning to ensure future readiness.
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Champion employee-centric programs that support growth, leadership development, and a positive work culture.
  • Promote collaboration among leaders across sites to embed best practices and drive consistent delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within national or multi-site environments, and demonstrate expertise in change management, cultural revitalization, employee engagement, and safety protocols.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and plays a pivotal part in creating an exceptional workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and connected, driving initiatives that ensure sustainability, growth, and excellence.
