Reporting directly to the Health Service Chief Executive, this role leads workforce strategy, organisational development, employment relations, work health and safety, and cultural initiatives that impact over 5,000 staff.
The Executive Director will provide high-level strategic advice to the Board and Executive, shaping the future of workforce delivery and performance across West Moreton Health.You will bring extensive senior leadership experience in people strategy, HR operations, and organisational culture, ideally within government, health or other complex regulated environments.
