West Moreton Health is one of Queensland's most diverse and rapidly evolving health services, delivering care to over 300,000 people across Ipswich, Boonah, Gatton, Laidley, and Esk. As a key member of the executive team, the Executive Director, People and Culture will be instrumental in shaping the workforce that supports this growth, transformation, and frontline excellence. Reporting directly to the Health Service Chief Executive, this role leads workforce strategy, organisational development, employment relations, work health and safety, and cultural initiatives that impact over 5,000 staff. The Executive Director will provide high-level strategic advice to the Board and Executive, shaping the future of workforce delivery and performance across West Moreton Health.

You will bring extensive senior leadership experience in people strategy, HR operations, and organisational culture, ideally within government, health or other complex regulated environments. You will demonstrate a sophisticated ability to build relationships with unions, clinicians, and regulators, while leading transformative change programs that align with values of equity, excellence, and patient-centred care.
