The Role

">
  • We are seeking a Regional Asset Manager to join our Property Development & Assets team.
  • This role will focus on ensuring effective preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as overseeing minor works projects.
  • You'll lead stakeholder engagement at the site level within our Victoria and New South Wales portfolio of assets.

Key Activities:

  • Proactively support site maintenance staff in the delivery of facility maintenance services.
  • Manage enterprise-wide maintenance contracts.
  • Develop and manage annual operational expenditure and capital replacement budgets.
  • Maintain statutory and preventative maintenance records.
  • Monitor site maintenance compliance through regular audits and physical inspections.

About You

">
  • You will have demonstrated experience in managing a team, providing strategic direction and engaging with stakeholders.
  • You'll possess sound financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • You'll have working knowledge of domestic or commercial construction practices or facility maintenance procedures.
  • A relevant degree or trade qualification in construction, building maintenance, contract administration or significant demonstrable experience deemed equivalent is required.
  • You'll need excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite, is essential.
