Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the operations of a diversified portfolio of retail and commercial assets across South-East Queensland.

This is a hands-on role working alongside a Senior Facilities Manager, with a focus on maintaining operational excellence, contractor performance, and compliance across a mix of large format retail and commercial properties. With a hybrid structure of3 days on-site and 2 days in-office, this role offers both variety and responsibility.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site operations across multiple properties, ensuring service standards and presentation targets are met
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure site compliance with all essential services regulations
  • Manage OPEX and minor CAPEX budgets, including tracking and reporting
  • Supervise day-to-day cleaning, security, waste, and general maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular site inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate maintenance works, de-fits, and tenant site activities
  • Support the Senior Facilities Manager with consistent delivery of portfolio standards
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience as a Facilities Coordinator or Manager in retail and/or commercial property environments
  • Strong understanding of compliance, contractor management, and essential building services
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites with confidence and professionalism
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with strong communication and reporting capabilities
  • Familiarity with FM software, contractor portals, and CMMS tools (preferred)
