Facilities Maintenance Officer

The Facilities Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of the physical environment within the facility.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and performing regular maintenance tasks, including inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and general repairs to keep the building in good condition.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintaining and repairing equipment used within the facility or coordinating with external service providers.
